1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, enrolling in courses, or utilizing any services provided by eLearn Studio ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Account Registration and Security
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your user identity.
3. Course Access & Intellectual Property
Upon enrollment in a course, eLearn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to view the associated video content, download companion code repositories, and complete assessments. All video streams, curriculum designs, quizzes, and digital assets remain the proprietary intellectual property of the respective instructors and eLearn Studio.
You may not download, scrape, re-record, screen-capture, redistribute, or resell any video streams or course materials without explicit written authorization.
4. Video Playback & CDN Tokenization
Our video delivery infrastructure utilizes cryptographic tokenization (BunnyCDN Stream). Session tokens are generated per-user and are time-limited. Attempts to manipulate, tamper with, or forge video playback signatures constitute a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
5. Refund Policy
Paid course purchases are covered under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the conditions detailed in our official Refund Policy.
