2. Eligibility Conditions

To maintain fairness for both students and instructors, refund requests must meet the following criteria:

• The request is made within 30 days of purchase.
• Less than 50% of the total course video lectures have been streamed.
• A Certificate of Completion has not yet been claimed or issued for the course.
• No excessive or abusive refund patterns are detected on the user account.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please send a message through our Contact Form specifying:

1. Your account email address
2. Order number (found in your Purchase History)
3. Course title and brief reason for the refund

Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
